Logan Turnpike Mill in Blairsville, GA (which is right close to North Carolina) has been very generous in donating a five pound sack of pancake mix, grits (which could be polenta for you northerners) and corn meal.
The locally milled pancake mix will go very well with the Maple Creek Farm maple syrup. We may also top it with some cream cheese from Round Mountain Creamery or have a glass of milk straight from the USDA Grade A farm!
